I found a couple of issues . the air conditioning was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. also, the cleanliness could be better. I noticed the windows were quite dirty. this detracted from the overall impression, especially because it affected how bright the room felt.

I liked the room. It felt really spacious despite its size. The pool facilities had great water temperature. It felt nice and cool. The staff seemed very friendly. They felt accommodating.
The hotel does wanted a cash deposit. It would be returned after inspection of room when I left. I wondered how I would get this money back if I had to check out early. The hotel signs at reception say they prefer cashless payments. It was strange it wasn't held as pending payment on a credit card.

The hotel pool was really well kept. I swam every day. I like the hotel gym too, since it's convenient for a quick workout before start my day exploring new sites.

The breakfast had great options. I liked the fresh fruit available. I tried the local specialties too. Everything tasted yummy. The coffee was strong, that gave me energy for the entire day.

The hotel staff arranged early check in for me. My flight arrived very early, they help me a lot. I always felt welcome and well cared for. The staff was always smiling and willing to assist.

My room had bathrobes, and flip-flops to use by the pool, they was great. The bathroom was really spacious. It has good lightning and quality toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Mixed experience. Location is not ideal
dirty windowssmoker spots
I found the room very dark. the bathroom definitely needs a proper deep cleaning. Also the armchair looked like it has never been cleaned. the windows were very dirty. This made the room really depressive. i also noticed that the hotel has too many spots for smokers, not good for those who don't smoke.

The air conditioning was LOUD. It was hard to rest at night. the hotel wanted a cash deposit for the key card. IT seemed odd. I reminded me of they did not trust me.

the staffs hospitality was great, very helpful with any inquiry i had. our rooms was big also it was very clean, i think it. the pool was very inviting, i had a great swim.
the street is pretty dark so i was a little bit cautious when walking at night.

the courtyard features a lovely pool, this creates a very pleasant tropical atmosphere. common areas are architecturally excellent, i must say. i did enjoy the design.

the pool was quite nice it offered a welcome escape from the heat
the ac unit functioned loudly disrupting sleep the bed's firmness caused discomfort also a cash deposit was needed upon arrival it felt a bit backwards given the preference for cashless payments at reception
